AAADA Approved Service Providers are individuals and businesses chosen and recommended by our members for their ability to provide services and skills conducive to the proper maintenance of Antiques and Fine Art.

Membership is available under the following categories of:

  • Ancillary Services i.e bookshops; antique buying services; customs agents/ freight forwarding/ removalists; collectors and decorative art societies
  • Design / Decoration
  • Restoration / Conservation Services and Supplies
  • Valuers / Consultants

As a member of our Approved Services Scheme you are also entitled to the following benefits:

  • Recognition of one’s respective service by Australia’s leading dealers in Antiques and Fine Art.
  • Public recognition of the same via The Australian Antique and Art Dealers Associations’ recommendation and approval of these services.
  • A decal denoting your status as an Approved Service Provider to The Australian Antique and Art Dealers Association, which may be displayed in your premises or on your shop window.
  • A digital file can be obtained from the AAADA Secretary denoting your status as an Approved Service Provider to The Australian Antique Dealers Association which may be used on your stationery.
  • Entry on the Australian Antique and Art Dealers Association internet site, www.aaada.org.au and in The Essential Buyers Guide for Antiques and Art booklet, and a quantity of these booklets.
  • Access to any of The Australian Antique and Art Dealers Association concession schemes obtained by the Association on behalf of its members such as: reduced merchant fees for Mastercard / Visa transactions, Diners Club and American Express.
  • A free subscription to the Newsletters published by the Association.

How to Apply to become an Approved Service Provider

If you are interested in becoming a Service Provider of the AAADA then please read the following documents carefully before completing your application:

All applicants must be nominated and seconded by two current members of the AAADA.

All application forms once completed should be addressed and mailed to:

Once we receive your completed application form it will be forwarded to the relevant State Chapter for consideration.
