ETRURIA | BUSINESS IS BACK TO NORMAL

The shop is now closed and business is back to normal. Sales are now online, by appointment, and at the fairs. We also maintain four cabinets at The Armadale Antiques Centre, 1147 High Street Armadale.

The website is largely up to date again, although we’ll be adding more new items as we catch up on photography.

We’ve added an exceptional selection of early Bow porcelain animal and bird figures, all in the white.

Joan Ross
works on paper

Joan Ross is renowned for her animations, print-media artworks, sculptures and installations. These works are found in numerous significant collections internationally and in the National Gallery of Australia. Another side of her practice, less often revealed though equally essential, is drawings and her mixed media works on paper.

Our new catalogue is a selection of 52 items including one of the great voyage rarities: an original Quiros presentation memorial. Dating from 1611 this is one of only 14 different Memorials known to have been printed by Quiros (at his own considerable expense), which mark the earliest printed record of discovery and plans for settlement of a Southern Continent.
