The central panel decorated in enamels and gilding with a group of samurai training for battle, the rim decorated with geometric and floral designs, the reverse with stylised chrysanthemum motifs, Signed" Great Japan, Kyoto Porcelain Company" and Ryozan. Meiji period. Museum standard.
