The AAADA Antiques & Art Fair Melbourne, Victoria’s premier antique & art fair, returns from 1–4 May 2025 at Malvern Town Hall. The fair brings together Australia’s most outstanding dealers, all backed by the AAADA Code of Practice. For over 20 years, it has been a highlight of the Australian arts calendar, showcasing an extensive range of fine antiques and art. This is a must-see event for anyone interested in interior design, history, and art.

Located in the heart of Stonnington, Malvern Town Hall is an outstanding example of Renaissance Revival-style architecture. Enter the building via a drive-up portico and step into the foyer, where you will be greeted with immaculately kept terrazzo floors and a grand marble staircase. The Main Hall boasts a high roof with a coffered ceiling painted eggshell blue that is brilliantly lit by hanging chandeliers, a large stage, dress circle and parquet floors.
GETTING THERE
We encourage attendees to be environmentally conscious when making travel arrangements.
PARKING
Limited parking is available at Malvern Town Hall and on surrounding streets. As this is the final week of the election and polling booths are nearby, increased traffic is expected in the area. We strongly recommend walking, cycling, or using public transport. If you choose to drive, please allow plenty of time to find a parking space.

– Tram Route 6 (Moreland to Glen Iris) Stop #44 (Glenferrie Road and High Street).

There is a drop off point for rideshare vehicles outside The Malvern Town Hall entrance.

Malvern Town Hall is accessible, with wheelchair access, ramps, and designated parking spaces for those who require them.
