A sensational German porcelain Art Deco, half doll by Fasold and Stauch of a Flamenco dancer. Fasold und Stauch porzellan Fabrik’s Wallendorf factory in the state of Thuringia was one of Pre-war Germany’s premier makers of Half Dolls and Figurines, following a long tradition of fine porcelain makers in Wallendorf. The doll is in wonderful condition with only one minute flea bite to her comb and a small rub to the gilding on her left arm bangles. She stands 150 mm tall and has a factory backstamp hand painted on her back “6362 g” A very rare and desirable piece, with amazing detail
