Rare pair of Chinese porcelain candlestick figures, each modelled as a maiden holding a red vase-shaped candle sconce, a seated child at her side holding a turquoise parrot, their clothing coloured in green & red ground with with gilt flowers, her coat with famille rose flowerheads and a fine collar of peacock feathers, the whole set on an octagonal slab base coloured in turquoise with red edge.
