Introducing this stunning Continental marquetry cabinet from the early 19th century.This wonderful cabinet is crafted from walnut and is a true work of art! Likely hailing from Italy, you won’t find a piece of this quality and craftmanship anywhere else in Australia.The entire front panels of the cabinet feature beautiful floral marquetry inlays. There are angels decorating the top centre of the cabinet, and also on the lower drawers. This piece has a humble and rich patina which shows the age and authenticity of the cabinet.The cabinet features two upper doors and two lower doors with locks and keys, that open to reveal two shelves each and plenty of storage space.The piece has five drawers in total which could be used to store dining items such as cutlery and napery.
