A divinely pretty precious gem flower bouquet brooch in solid 18K white gold and set with exceptional fine white sparkly diamonds, vivid green gem tsavorites, hand carved earth mined fine red gem rubies and hand carved natural earth mined tanzanites. This gorgeous brooch is a perfect splash of color and femininity to wear every day. The colors are so vivid and just so beautiful it takes your breath quite away. It's a joyful piece that you want to wear because it makes you feel good. I love the hand carved precious tanzanites and rubies they look just like real leaves in miniature. The colors of the purple violet of the tanzanites and the pinkish red of the natural gem rubies are beautiful together. Above this the tsavorite leaves are almost a neon green they are so incredibly vivid. With its carved gem elements and exuberant spirit this brooch reminds me of pieces made by the great French houses in the thirties and forties. The bouquet basket style has even earlier origins of course. The brooch is set with 5.04 carats of rubies, 4.41 carats of tanzanites, 0.75 carats of tsavorite garnets and 0.57 carats of fine white sparkly VS clarity F color diamonds. Together the total precious gem weight is 10.77 carats. It measures 1 5/16" wide by 15/16" tall (34mm x 23mm). On the reverse it is marked 18K. It secures with a safety clasp style pin. This estate piece dates to the eighties or nineties. Currently a beautiful brooch, we can also easily attach a hidden bale to enable it to be worn as a pendant as well if you wish, just let us know.
