Antique 18ct. Yellow gold, platinum sapphire and mother of pearl dress set. The 'white tie' dress set comprises of two collar studs, four buttons and a pair of cufflinks. Set with round brilliant natural sapphire, mounted in platinum settings with a millégrain finished with a border of finely engraved platinum. 18ct. yellow gold backs. Boxed Asprey, 166 Bond Street, London. Stamped 18ct.
