Antique 9ct. rose gold compass. The 9ct. rose gold compass has a black and red enamel double-sided dial with a chain link detail to the top of the case. Stamped Birmingham, 1919. The compass as a charm was seen as a very romantic object. North - represented home/wisdom, South - passion, East- new beginnings , West- reflection. You will always find the way to my heart.
