Introducing an elegant William IV fold over card table crafted in England c.1840.Made in graceful William IV style, this card table features a central octagonal pedestal baluster column, which rests on a round platform base. The four feet are of classic lion paw design and beautifully carved as such. Further decorative scrolled carvings adorn the front edge of the table.The table top hinges open and rotates to self support. There is a felt lined storage space beneath the table top to store card and game accessories.This card table can be used as a side table when not open, as it fits snugly against a wall – perfect for a smaller home or apartment.
